Appley are delighted to have promoted the self contained 19,000 sq. ft office element of this mixed-use scheme, which was designed by Assael Architecture and nominated for a Brent Design Award.
Working with London Square, we created a vision for a contemporary fit out and with our agents Dutch & Dutch successfully secured a major prelet to DWP. Through our relationship with Brent Council we also prelet space to Launchit, an affordable workspace provider helping people develop business ideas in the area.
We subsequently arranged the sale of the asset to a private investor through Lewis & Partners within 3 months of PC.
